This is an early intervention approach to engage newly arrived community members to understand the Issues like racial discrimination and family violence.A pilot project with Melbourne Airport to provide induction to newly arrived International students on a regular basis.Verbal, written (qualitative and quantitate evaluation will be done after each session and will be recorded to report to a monthly report. That monthly report will monitor the journey of the project and will form a sustainable stream of productions based on evaluations
